ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

Thomasville Humane will provide acknowledgment to donors meeting IRS substantiation requirements for property received by the charity as a gift. Tax acknowledgment letters are mailed to all donors who have provided complete mailing information. Acknowledgment letters will be mailed 2-6 weeks after receipt of the donation except for year-end donations, for which acknowledgements may take longer. Acknowledgement letters will show the gift being made in the year the gift was made or postmarked, not the year of the letter.
