Let your pet be our muse for a one-of-a-kind piece of artwork that is, well, either hilariously questionable or surprisingly frame-worthy!
For a $20 donation per pet, your pet’s likeness will be either captured skillfully by one of our master artists (such as Chase Vande Zandt, Ron Thomson, or Karen Brunck-Schnoor) - or reimagined creatively by one of our well-meaning artistic amateurs (including TH staff and local volunteers). The artist (or “artist”) will be randomly assigned but all portraits will be created with love, humor, and possibly crayons.
We welcome ALL animals — dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, pigs, peacocks… if you love it, we’ll draw it! Submissions and donations must be received by Sunday, July 20th at 8 PM.
We will showcase the masterpieces, celebrate the artists, and share some much-needed laughs at the Art Reveal Party on August 9th. You can pick up your portrait there or we can mail it to you (charges apply).
Whether your pet gets a professional rendering or a doodle that looks like a potato with ears, your donation supports the lifesaving work of Thomasville Humane — and that’s a work of art in itself ❤️
