GET INVOLVED OVERVIEW

If you’re passionate about animal welfare, then you’ve come to the right place!  The Thomasville-Thomas County Humane Society (TTCHS) is the largest non-profit animal welfare organization in our area, and perhaps in southwest Georgia.  We were founded and incorporated in 1970 by a group of local animal welfare advocates with the goal of providing more humane treatment for the lost, homeless, abused, and abandoned pets in our community.

Put simply, we couldn’t accomplish our mission without the incredible dedication of our staff and equal contributions from volunteers, adopters, and supporters in our community!  So we invite you to join the TTCHS in whatever way makes sense for you to share your love of animals.

Join us as we continue working hard to be the area’s leading advocate for animal welfare!
